These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of insurancecoi.com (the "Site"), operated by RunQuotes. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

What InsuranceCOI is

InsuranceCOI is a referral service. We help venues and general contractors offer a custom insurance link, and we connect renters, subcontractors, and businesses with licensed insurance professionals and carriers who can quote and issue coverage. When you submit a form, your information may be shared with those licensed professionals or carriers so they can contact you about your request. We are not a licensed insurance agency, insurer, or law firm, and nothing on the Site is insurance or legal advice. Coverage terms, eligibility, availability, and pricing are determined solely by the applicable carrier and vary by state.

Requests and lead sharing

When you submit a form, you authorize us to share your information with licensed insurance professionals, underwriters, or carriers who may contact you about your request. Submitting a request does not create a policy or bind coverage. No coverage exists until a carrier issues a policy and you meet its requirements.

Certificates of insurance

Any certificate of insurance is issued by the applicable carrier or its authorized representative and is subject to the terms of the underlying policy. A certificate is evidence of coverage only and does not amend, extend, or alter the policy.

Your responsibilities

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RunQuotes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information or coverage obtained through it.
