Collect every contractor's certificate in one place.
Stop chasing certificates of insurance from contractors and vendors. We set up one link that collects their COIs, names your entity as additional insured — and, if you choose, lets contractors buy the general liability and surety bonds you require.
Set up certificate collection →What your entity gets
Every contractor submits proof through one link — no more chasing certificates by email.
Your entity (and any agencies) is named on every policy, automatically.
See what's current and what's lapsed, so no contractor works uninsured.
Uninsured contractors can buy coverage through your link instead of being turned away.
If you require license, permit, performance, or payment bonds, contractors can buy those too.
No cost to the entity — contractors buy their own coverage and bonds.

Complete this one-time form — we'll set up your certificate-manager link and any buy links you request, then email everything to you.
Frequently asked questions
How do cities and counties collect certificates of insurance from contractors?
Instead of chasing certificates by email, the entity shares one link. Contractors submit their COI (or buy coverage) through it, your entity is named as additional insured, and the certificate is delivered and kept on file — so you can see at a glance who's current and who's lapsed.
Can contractors buy the general liability and surety bonds we require through the link?
Yes, if you choose. The link can include an optional buy-link so an uninsured contractor can purchase general liability, and a separate link for the surety bonds you require — license/permit, performance, payment, bid, maintenance, or right-of-way bonds.
Does it cost the city or county anything?
No. Setup is free for the public entity. Contractors buy their own coverage and bonds; the entity simply collects the certificates.
Who gets named as additional insured?
Whoever you tell us to name — the entity itself and any agencies, departments, or management companies — with the exact legal name and mailing address you provide.
